Picking up your campervan from our Wellington branch is easy with our shuttle service. You can choose the shuttle transfer service in your booking. Our pickup process is quick and efficient so you can get on with your adventure, so be sure to use our online check-in service.

Once you have finished with your campervan trip you can drop it off at your selected branch. Please note that there is a one way fee if you drop off at a different branch, to avoid this you can return your camper at the pickup branch.

What is included in my campervan hire?

All of our campervans and RV are fully furnished with the necessities you need to live, cook and travel for the duration of your booking. Some of the campervans include extra items like solar panel and fridge. Here is the list of all the basic items that come with all of our campers:

Can I return my campervan at a different city?

We offer campervan hire from Wellington to:

You can return your camper at a different city. Please note there is a one way fee and this will be included in your booking price. Be sure to select the return location in your booking.

Are there any extra fees?

We only charge what you are quoted on your booking. All our prices are upfront. You can get a quick quote here: https://adventurecampers.nz/booking

Can I pick up or drop off my campervan after hours?

Yes you can. Simply select your pickup and return times in the booking form. Let us know if there will be any delays to your flight and we are happy to accomodate you.

Do you offer airport shuttle?

We offer shuttle transfer from and to the airport. You can choose this service in your booking and be sure to send us your arrival flight number.

Is your campervans self-contained?

Yes, all of our vans are green self contained certified, so they are legal for freedom camping in New Zealand.

Good experience with a Toyota Alphard for 2 weeks for myself and partner. The van was great, well equiped with excellent cooking facilities, bedding and good to drive. We picked up the van near Wellington at the work unit and were able to return it at Auckland airport which worked brilliantly for us. Rohulla was waiting in the drop off area at the agreed time so a very smooth hand over. During our first few days Rohulla responded quickly via whatsapp to a couple of questions we had (which specific type of petrol and who to contact in case of breakdown). We would certainly recommend his business and would happily use him again.

I would definitely rent from them again.
I rented the Family camper van for a week long camping trip off grid that I booked reasonably late. This van was awesome for what I needed. The solar panels easily powered the fridge (tiny, btw) and water pump and charged my phone even with mostly cloudy/rainy weather. We had a little hiccup that the stove gas we thought was full wasn't. So, if like me you are going somewhere you cannot get a refill once you leave, maybe check before you get away from civilization. Rohullah is doing this as a single person so it might take a bit of extra time for things like pickups and meetups but he was super nice and helpful and you can tell everything is taken care of as best as it can be, even though it's showing some wear and tear.
He responded incredibly quickly to all whatsapp messages once I met in person and got his number, and pretty darn quickly to emails before that.
If he's able to pick you up from the airpoirt, you should take it, with the understanding there might be a bit of a delay (see again, one person) the alternative taxi cost over $100 NZ and Uber was showing $150!! when I landed. The pickup place is about 20-30 min away from the airport.

Rohullah helped me to sell my van when I left the country. He helped to prepare it for sale including repairs, getting it green certified and sorting out the paperwork. His communication was very good and he was very easy to work with.

We hired a self-contained Nissan Serena from Adventure Campers. The contact number listed on their website was out of service, but Rohulla responded promptly to emails whenever we had questions. The campervan itself was great and had everything we needed. Pickup and drop-off were arranged from a shop in Porirua. it’s a good idea to confirm timing with Rohulla in advance, as he is not based on site.

We rented a van for 4 nights from Wellington to Auckland and I couldn’t recommend this business more. Rohullah, the owner, runs this company himself and couldn’t be more friendly and accommodating.

The van was well maintained and comfortable and came stocked with everything we needed, pillows, blankets, cooking supplies, a stove with gas.

To be totally honest we were a little skeptical at first, but after experiencing this service I would recommend anyone to rent from Rohullah, 10/10 experience.

Rented a van with him for 9 days for a road trip in the North Island, it was amazing ! The van itself had a nice build, with electricity from solar panels. Service was good as well, we had a question about the van during the trip and Rohullah, the owner, answered us fast. He also offered to pick us up somewhere in town. Also the price was a lot better than other large companies. Definitely recommend !! ☺️

My partner and I rented a campervan for three nights. The owner picked us up from the airport to the van with no delays. He was very considerate in explaining us about the vehicle and giving some tips about our trip. We had no problems with the car, which was in good condition and attended us well (easy to drive and comfortable to sleep). The standard van is perfect to whom is willing to have a not so big car but still with lots of storage rooms inside. A very good difference was the bond deposit, which all car rental companies ask for, but this company's is much more reasonable than the others, and with less bureaucracy (but still quite safe).

My boyfriend and I rented the standard van for 3 nights. Adventure Campers was in constant contact with us and kept attentive to solve our problems and to help us in what they could. We were picked up and dropped off at the airport at time for the plane back.
The van is comfortable (warm at night, doesn't let in sounds of the surroundings), well equipped, and easy to drive.
This was the only company that had an available van for less than 5 days, which saved our trip plan!
The owner, Rohullah, is a very attentive, educated and friendly person.
You can go ahead with Adventure Campers with certainty of a good experience!
